PURPOSE:To execute highly speedy fetching while a writing pulse and a RAM frequency are kept low by keeping the frequency of the writing pulse as conventionally, dislocating a phase and writing video data cyclic to the memory means of plural sequences by the writing pulse. CONSTITUTION:To a RAM 1, the odd number video data are fetched at the timing in which a writing pulse CK rises, and to a RAM 6, the even number video data are fetched at the timing in which a writing pulse CKa rises. Consequently, by the frequency two times as much as the frequency of a writing pulse CK, the video data are fetched. For example, when the frequency of the writing pulse CK is 25MHz, the video data can be fetched at the speed of 50MHz.
