PURPOSE:To secure the continuation of the test of an information processor even in case a random test program stalls by some reason, by using a stall monitor means and a test continuing means for the random test program. CONSTITUTION:A started random test task 10 produces a random test program 20 and starts the program 20 of an information processor 2 to be tested via an inter-device interface 7 to carry out a random test. While the task 10 monitors the stall of the processor 2 and then reads out the hardware information on the processor 2 via the interface 7 to deliver it to an external memory device as an error message. At the same time, the task 10 initializes the processor 2 to that the program 20 can be carried out again and continues the random test as long as an end request is not received. |
