The invention relates to a method for obtaining shellfish spawn such as that of oysters. It comprises the stages consisting in submerging an expanding support in a marine environment containing larvae of the said shellfish, in capturing the said larvae on the said support and letting them develop until they reach a mean size equal to a first predetermined value, and in detaching the spawn thus obtained from the said support by thinning out the expanding support. <IMAGE> |
