<p>Polycyanate esters of polyhydric phenols are cured with a liquid solution of a coordinating transition metal carboxylate in an alkylphenol. Such cured compositions are useful in structural composites, transfer molded encapsulants, filmed structural adhesive and printed wiring boards.</p> |
