<p>PURPOSE:To easily carry out the installing operation of tire to body with a hand work by rotatingly supporting said tire received from a tire feeding means, in a perpendicular direction and lifting up said tire up to the height of the axle hub of a vehicle conveyed by a vehicle conveying conveyor, by means of a bogie. CONSTITUTION:A tire 7 which is fed in position, is delivered from a feeding machine 5 to a posture changing machine 15, which in turn, is rotated clockwise centering around a rotary shaft 13, and stops in a position where its free roller 18 are aligned with the side rollers 24 of a stock conveyer 23. And, then as the tire 7 is sent out by means of the conveyor 23, an operator translocates the tire 7 to the receiving jig 34 of a bogie 32, by setting the height of the jig 34 so as to keep the same height as that of the conveyor 23 to receive the tire 7. The position of the tire 7 is set to be lower and slightly outwardly with respect to the axle hub 43 of a vehicle 22 held by a vehicle conveying conveyor 21. After translocating the tire 7 onto the receiving jig 34, the operator pushes and sends the bogie 32 to the side of the axle hub 43 of the vehicle 22 which has been conveyed into a tire installing zone W.</p> |
