PURPOSE:To use a toner case in common as a toner hopper, to simplify the structure and to prevent the disturbance of toner concentration by attaching the toner case consisting of an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder onto a developer vessel and providing a cover in a toner aperture part. CONSTITUTION:A toner case 4 consisting of an outer cylinder 7 and a freely rotatable inner cylinder 8 is provided on a developer vessel 3, and an aperture part 9 for toner replenishment is formed in the lower part of the outer cylinder 7, and a replenishing hole 16 is formed on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 8. A cover body 10 is provided under the aperture part 9, and the aperture part 9 is closed in the normal state by an energizing body 15. Since the toner case 4 is used as the toner hopper, the structure is simplified and is made small-sized. Since the aperture part 9 is closed unless a device is operated, the toner is prevented from being dropped at a time to disturb the toner concentration. |
