<p>PURPOSE:To avoid a danger of a layer shortcircuit in a slit by alternately combining and connecting a plurality of elements formed by printing coils on a substrate to reduce the size. CONSTITUTION:The first coil element 5 has a coil 3a printed on a substrate 2 made of a film or a laminated plate, an inner electrode 4 formed inside the both ends of the coil 3a and an outer electrode 1 formed outside. The second coil element 8 is formed similarly to the element 5 but in such a manner that the rotating direction of the coil 3b is reverse. The elements 5, 8 are alternately inserted to a coil supporting plate 9 having grooves to which the elements 5, 8 are inserted and a coil supporting groove, the electrodes 1, 4 are sequentially connected by connecting wirings, a plurality of the combinations are formed to produce a high voltage coil 10, which is combined with a low voltage coil 18 to be connected with an anode lead 14, a case 16 is engaged, and a closed magnetic circuit is formed of a ferrite core 15. Thus, the high voltage coil can be reduced in size, and a malfunction such as a layer shortcircuit can be eliminated.</p> |
