A heat exchanger comprises straight parallel double-tubes each consisting of an inner tube and an outer tube concentrically enclosing the former, said double-tubes extending between end plates forming part of a supporting structure. The inner tubes as well as the outer tubes are connected in series by cross-connections at the ends of the structure. Detachable plates (K, Y) at the ends of the supporting structure are shaped with cavities (21, 23) connecting the ends of the inner tubes in couples, and other plates (N, U) at the ends of the structure are shaped with cavities (41, 43) connecting in pairs the spaces between the inner and outer tubes. The inner tubes are longer than the outer tubes, and the cross-connecting plates (K, Y) of the inner tubes are placed on the outward side of the cross-connecting plates (N, U) of the outer tubes. |
