PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a non-skid rubber belt of a car tire which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, by making use of an intermediate vulcanizing mold whose core metal of each of the intermediate vulcanizing molds forming each of holes passing strings through is in structure unified with an intermediate vulcanizing mold frame in addition to a vulcanizing molds of a pair of a top and bottom two surfaces having meshes in a beltlike and diagonally crossing state and a recessed state groove, in which the hole part passing the string through can be molded on both fringes of the beltlike meshes. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized rubber string containing a reinforcement fiber core 3 in diagonally crossing meshes is arranged in a meshy and recessed state groove 12 of a bottom vulcanizing mold 8, a communicating groove 14 between a core metal and an outer frame and an intermediate vulcanizing mold 9, over which a top vulcanizing mold 7 is fitted, and vulcanization molding is performed by pressing and heating the same. After completion of the vulcanization molding, when the top vulcanizing mold 7 is removed, the intermediate vulcanizing mold 9 and a meshes molding rubber belt are removed from the bottom vulcanizing mold 8 and the meshes molding rubber belt is removed from the intermediate vulcanizing mold 9, then a non-skid rubber belt 1 of a car tire having a large number of holes 5 passing strings through can be produced efficiently and inexpensively. |
