PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having an improved electrophotographic property and a good durability by incorporating a graft copolymer obtd. by polymerizing an ethylenic unsatd. monomer in a presence of a specific fluorine contg. resin to a binder of a protective layer. CONSTITUTION:In the titled body which is laminated an electroconductive layer, an organic photoconductive layer and the protective layer in order, the binder of the protective layer contains the graft copolymer obtd. by copolymerizing 50-0.5wt% ethylenic unsatd. monomer (B) capable of copolmerizing with an double bond of the component (A) in the presence of 50-95.5wt% fluorine contg. resin (A) contg. 0.001-0.025mol reactive carbon-carbon double bond per 100g the resin and contg. an alkoxy or a cycloalkyloxy group. When the org. pigment capable of generating an electrostatic charge and an electrostatic charge transfer substance are used jointly with each other, the weight ratio of the latter to the former is preferable to be (10/1)-(2/1). The weight ratio (A)/(B) of the component (A) and the component (B) is (50/50) (99.5/0.5) by weight. Thus, the titled body having the excellent photographic property and a good dark decay and a high sensitivity is obtd. |
