PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dynamic bearing device manufacturable at low cost and having excellent bearing performance. SOLUTION: A region which becomes a radial bearing face A forming a radial bearing clearance between a bearing sleeve 8 and an outer peripheral face 2a of a shaft part 2 is formed on the outer peripheral face 2a of the shaft part 2 by a collection body of minute amount of ink 14. A projecting part B is formed between the radial bearing face A on the outer peripheral face 2a of the shaft part 2 and a fixed region 2b in a hub part. The hub part 9 is insert-molded by resin using the shaft part 2 in which the region that becomes the radial bearing face A and the projecting part B are formed on the outer peripheral face 2a as an insert part.
