<p>PURPOSE:To perform an additional correction at a claim note generating time with a computer processing by providing a diagnosis claim master changeable of a claim content and managing a claim processing. CONSTITUTION:A receipt processing at every regulated period is performed while utilizing a memory in a main storage device 3 under the control of a program in a central processing unit 12 based upon a data inputted from an input device 1, and a summary list P.D.F41 is generated, then stored at an auxiliary storage device 4. And after a receipt table file 43 is generated based upon the summary list P.D.F41, a diagnosis claim master 44 on which an updating based upon various kinds of correction contents is applied is generated, thereby a claim file 45 is generated.</p> |
