PURPOSE:The titled food, containing blood or snapping turtle, etc., extract of Ganoderma lucidum Karst. and UME juice, etc., having mellow and good taste without smell peculiar to the snapping turtle and having particularly good preservation stability (without putrefaction even at room temperature for >=90 days). CONSTITUTION:A food containing (A) at least one selected from blood of a snapping turtle or freeze-dried material thereof and extract of meat and internal organs thereof, (B) an extract of Ganoderma lucidum Karst, and (C) at least one selected from UME juice, UME flesh extract and liquors. |
