PURPOSE:To form defectless laminated foil by superposing prescribed sheets of metallic foil, etc., consisting of Sn or Pb and alloy foil selected from the group of Sn, Pb, and Sb and rolling the foil at a prescribed draft. CONSTITUTION:2-6 Sheets of the pure metallic foil consisting of Sn or Pb and the alloy foil formed of metal and >=1 kinds of metals selected from the group of Sn, Pb, and Sb are superposed and thereafter the foil is rolled and united at 50-80% draft/1 pass. Various combinations including the Sn foil and the Sn foil, the Sn foil and the Pb foil, the Sn-Pb alloy foil and the Pb-Sb alloy foil, etc., are possible. Since the plural sheets of the foil are superposed and are rolled, the generation of the defects is prevented as a whole by laminating and uniting the foil even if the defects such as pinhole lines penetrating through the front and rear of the foil or base cracks arise. The defectless lamination is thus formed. |
