The disclosed seat support for a public transportation vehicle is intended to be fixed overhanging to the sidewall (3) of said vehicle. The structure (1) of said support, in crosscut through a vertical plane perpendicular to said wall, has a generally C-shaped cross section, the higher branch (1b) of the C being intended to be used as a seating for a seat (4), whereas its lower branch (1a) rests on the floor (2) of the vehicle and is integral therewith, the vertical part (1c) joining both branches being adapted to bear against said side wall (3) of the vehicle and to be made integral therewith. |
