APPARATUS FOR SEPARATION OF SOYA MILK AND BEAN CURD REFUSE

PURPOSE:To separate soya milk from bean curd refuse easily and hygienically, by providing a suction filtration part to filtrate boiled GO (dispersion of soybean produced by grounding soaked soybean in the presence of lime water) supplied on a filter cloth by sucking the GO downward through the filter cloth and a pressing part following the filtration part and pressing the bean curd refuse with a filter cloth and a press roll. CONSTITUTION:A filter cloth 12 is transferred on a number of horizontal rotary shafts 14a-14e. A pressing part is provided next to a suction and filtration part and, if necessary, a plurality of the suction and filtration parts and the pressing parts are provided alternately. Boiled GO supplied on the filter cloth 12 is sucked in the suction and filtration part 16. The bean curd refuse remaining on the filter cloth 12 is pressed with a pressing roll 18 to sufficiently squeeze the soya milk. The bean curd refuse is continuously sprinkled with water in the spraying part 20 to extract the soya milk component and the residue is pressed again.
