<p>PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and to reduce the manufacture cost by providing a main scanning direction scanning sheet stop means near one ridge of a scanning sheet holding face of a scanning sheet holding means, and a sub-scanning direction scanning sheet stop means, a scanning sheet carrying means and an oblique feed roller near the other ridge. CONSTITUTION:When a recording medium 5 is carrier to this side of a prescribed position in the arrow F1 at the inner side of a guide plate 17 on a holding face 11a by the drive of carrying rollers 13A, 13B, the upper end of the oblique feeding roller 19 rises to the 1st position on the holding face 11a, brought into contact with the lower face of the recording medium 5, driven in the arrow G, the recording medium 5 is moved in the arrow F2, brought into contact with the guide plate 17 to position in the main scanning direction. Further, the side ridge of the recording medium 5 is moved in the arrow F3 being the broadwise scanning direction while bringing said ridge into contact with the guide plate 17 and the drive is kept, and when a detector 20 detects the tip of the recording medium 5, the drive of the oblique feed roller 19 is stopped to locate the recording medium 5 at a prescribed position on the holding face 11a. Then the roller 19 descends to the 2nd position to apply 2-dimensional scanning by the optical beam 2.</p> |
