PURPOSE:To obtain a positively chargeable toner giving especially fine yellow by using yellowish diphenylmethyleneazinodiethylaminobenzylidene as a charge controller. CONSTITUTION:This positively chargeable toner contains an azine compound represented by formula I as a positive charge controller in a thermoelastic resin. One concrete example of the azine compound represented by the formula I is represented by formula I-(1). The preferred amount of the azine compound used is 5-15pts.wt. per 100pts.wt thermoplastic resin. In case of <=1pt.et. azine compound, the toner is not positively charged to a satisfactory extent. In case of >20pts.wt., the fixability of the toner is deteriorated and the extent of positive charge is reduced on the contrary. |
