The mould assembly for forming a concrete plate with angle shape or round shape openings, comprises both plate-type moulds(1) (1') for forming both walls of a plate, elastic moulds(2S) for forming the openings of a plate, and an outer mould(4) for finishing the bottom and both sides of a plate. The prominence parts of (1)(1') are inserted in the depression parts of (4) on the joining face and (2S) are supported to (1)(1') by the keeping bars and the concluding bolts.
