PURPOSE:To make a laser diode emit light in a stable state by connecting a current/voltage amplifier, an integral amplifier and a voltage/current amplifier so as to form negative feedback loop through an optical coupling of the laser diode and a photodiode. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode 1 is made to emit light by the output current of a voltage/current amplifier 5, and the emitted light output of the laser diode 1 is photodetected by a photodiode 2. The output of the photodiode 2 is added to a current/voltage amplifier 3. The current/voltage amplifier 3, an integral amplifier 4 and the voltage/current amplifier 5 are connected so as to form a negative feedback loop through an optical coupling of the laser diode 1 and the photodiode 2. |
