PURPOSE:To provide a roving transportation system capable of properly changing the corresponding relationship between roving frame and fine spinning frame according to the variation of the yarn count and the kind of the spun yarn and transporting a bobbin following the varied relationship of the frames. CONSTITUTION:The optimum grouping of a roving frame group RM and a fine spinning frame group SF is determined based on the operation condition prior to the operation of the groups and the grouping data is registered in a transportation controlling apparatus. When a bobbin is fully wound in the roving frame and the doffing is completed, the full bobbin take-off signal transmission apparatus 63 transmits the full bobbin take-off requiring signal and the frame number of the roving frame is registered in the full bobbin take-off table of a memory means in the order of transmission. On the other hand, when the exchange of sliver is completed in the fine spinning frame and the preparation of the take-off of the residual yarn bobbin is ready, the residual yarn bobbin take-off signal transmission apparatus 64 transmits the residual yarn take-off requiring signal. The frame number of the fine spinning frame is registered in the full bobbin take-off table of a memory means in the order of transmission. The transportation controlling apparatus 68 orders the transportation between the frames in the order of transmission based on the registration data of each table. |
