摘要 PURPOSE:To secure close contact of a recording sheet with a recording paper at the time of transfer and ensure adaptability to color printing, by giving electrostatic charges to the surface of an ink layer prior to a discharge recording step in which a conductive light-shielding layer is perforated by discharge recording. CONSTITUTION:A recording sheet 1 payed out from a payout roll 21 is statically electrified on the surface of an ink layer 4 thereof by a charger 30. The electrified sheet 1 is laid on a recording paper 25, and is perforated, followed by melting the ink layer 4 at a part corresponding to the perforation. In this case, since the paper 25 and the sheet 1 are maintained in sufficiently close contact with each other by the static electricity, the melted ink layer 4 can be transferred to the paper 25 with high fidelity. With this system of statically electrifying the surface of the ink layer and then laying the paper 25 and the sheet 1 on each other, transfer can be performed by rotating plural times a platen roller 32 with the paper 25 wound therearound in the case of multicolor printing, so that the multicolor printing free of color misregistration can be performed.
