The invention relates to a device applicable to microwave frequencies for producing a signal resulting from the mixing of a signal to be processed with harmonics of an input signal. The device comprises essentially a field-effect transistor 1 receiving the signal to be processed on its first gate G1 and a local oscillator signal OL on its second gate G2.
