摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively melt and cut only the soft synthetic resin material laminated on the surface of a hard synthetic resin material by irradiating laser light of the wavelength having high absorptivity to the soft synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:The laser light is exemplified by various kinds of laser light including glass:neodium laser light, of which CO2 laser light is more adequate. The output which can heat and melt only the soft synthetic resin material is selected as the output of the laser light. 70-250W or 100-200W is suitable in the case of the CO2 laser light. The speed at which the soft synthetic resin material can be cut but no cutting flaws are given to the hard synthetic resin material layer is selected as the moving speed of the laser light. 4m/min is adequate at 100-200W in the case of the CO2 laser light. Efficient cutting of only the soft synthetic resin material is made possible by executing processing under such conditions.
