Internal combustion engines of the type having a fuel injection system 1 with a means 2 for regulating the fuel supply, which is subject to action from a pressure sensor device communicating with the intake pipe 3 of the engine downstream of the throttle 4 in such a way that increasing pressure in the intake pipe due to increased throttle opening initiates manoeuvring of the regulating means for increasing the fuel supply and vice versa, may be provided with supercharging by connecting the intake pipe upstream of the throttle to the outlet of a compressor and mounting a pipe 20 serving to enable actuating of the regulating means for decreasing the fuel supply with compressed air from the high pressure side of the compressor. <IMAGE> |
