PURPOSE:To simplify structure, shorten the time of setting, and reduce the cost of setting by a method in which a structure is buried in the foundation, and a base structure is connected to the structure buried integrally or in an assembling manner. CONSTITUTION:The output of a solar cell 1 is supplied to and stored in a power source storage device 2, and a power is supplied to a load 3 from the device 2. In setting the solar cell 1, a structure 13 is buried under the ground by projecting the upper part of its anchor bolt 15 by a given amount from the ground's surface. The stay 18 of a foundation structure 14 is fitted into the bolt 15, and the holes of the stay 18 and the bolt 15 are matched and inserted with a connecting bolt for fixation. |
