This invention is that the power supply line between a main installation and a subinstallation transmits the power and the direct data through two connection lines. A simple circuit is attached to a main and a subinstallation to construct a balanced circuit, so that it transmits a direct data by return to zero method. The advantages of this invention are to reduce the transmission line loss and external noise and to extend the transmission distance. In fig.1, the circuit of commnad in the main installation is composed of choking coils, a gate, a transistor, registor, capacitances and an operation amplifier.
