CONSTITUTION:When a stepping motor 10, a shaft 11, is fed in a stepping manner, a moving piece 70 is moved in the right direction or the left direction. The stepping motor 10 is fed in the stepping manner, and the same voltage having predetermined polarity is each applied to laminated type piezoelectric elements 40, 60. The moving piece 70 is displaced finely in the right direction or the left direction by applying voltage to the laminated type piezoelectric elements 40, 60. |
