PURPOSE:To inform rapidly information to the user and to save the energy of the book control of a library, etc., by using the bar code used at a telemeter as searching information and outputting, in an audio manner, the equivalent information stored in a separate data bus based upon the information. CONSTITUTION:The whole is controlled by a control part 1-1 of a book guiding device and bar code parts 2-1 and 3-1 on books 2 and 3 are scanned and read by a bar code reader 1-2. By a bar code interface part 1-3 connected to the control part 1-1 by a data bus 1-c and a control signal line 1-b, the part of the code parts 2-1 and 3-1 is scanned optically and magnetically, and the reading signal from the reader 1-2 is transferred to the control part 1-1. The information equivalent in a large capacity memory device 1-4 connected to the line 1-b and the bus 1-c is searched and the information is outputted in an audio manner from a sound output part 1-5. The information is rapidly transferred to the user and the book control of the library, etc., can be energy-saved. |
