发明名称 DIRECT FIRE TYPE WATER HEATER
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase heat exchanging efficiency, prevent corrosion generated by the drops of water dripped to the outside of a heater, and elongate the life of the titled direct fire type water heater by a method wherein ejected combustion hot gas is introduced into the combustion hot gas chamber of an upper stage through a heat exchanging porous body sequentially while stages of hot gas introducing chamber are provided in the heater. CONSTITUTION:Combustion hot gas is sent from a combustion port 102 into a combustion hot gas chamber 108 and is introduced into the combustion hot gas chamber 108' of a middle stage through a heat exchanging porous body 106 and a hot gas introducing chamber 110. Further, the combustion hot gas is guided to the combustion hot gas chamber 108'' of an upper stage through the heat exchanging porous body 106 and the hot gas introducing chamber 110' of the middle stage, then, is discharged out of an exhaust window 113 through an exhaust passageway 112. Hot water from a water supplying port 114 is contacted directly with the combustion hot gas during flowing down along the porous surfaces of the heat exchanging porous body 106 and effects heat exchange efficiently. The heat exchange is promoted by the high-temperature combustion hot gas sequentially from the upper stage to the lower stage and water becomes high-temperature hot-water and is collected into a hot-water receiver 103. Exhaust hot gas including a plenty of vapor is dehumidified by a dehumidifying porous body 115 in the exhaust passageway 112 while liquefied water drops are dripped onto the upper end side of the heat exchanging porous body 106 along a water feeder 105 to heat them to a high temperature.
