PURPOSE:To attain the enhancement of mass production by simplifying the welding of a resin having a complicated shape or a large thickness and shortening a cooling time, by interposing a specific material generating heat by high frequency dielectric heating between the mutual welding surfaces of thermoplastic resins. CONSTITUTION:As a heat-generating material generating heat by high frequency dielectric heating, a heat-generating material having a larger value of dielectric loss such as polyvinyl chloride resin or polyamide resin or a heat-generating material made of a ferromagnetic material such as ferrite is suitable. Welding is performed as follows. At first, a mesh made of a polyamide resin is arranged to the outer peripheral surface of a mouth part 2 made of high-density polyethylene as a heat-generating material 7 and the mouth part 2 having the heat generating material 7 arranged thereto is inserted in the upper end part 4 of a container 1 made of straight-chain low-density polyethylene and pushed therein from the outside by a high-frequency mold 8 to oscillate high frequency wave. By this method, the mouth part 2 is firmly welded to the upper end part 4 of the container 1. |
