PURPOSE:To decrease a time for stopping a machine tool so as to improve the efficiency of operation and to enable the machine tool to perform unmanned operation, by providing a pallet magazine while a work exchanger arm in the magazine in its 180 deg. symmetrical position to an intermediate station. CONSTITUTION:A device provides pallet magazines 9 setting plural work pallets 1, magazine station 23 for exchanging the work pallet 1, intermediate station 20 and a work exchanger arm 25, for exchanging the work pallet 1, in a 180 deg. symmetrical position between the pallet magazine 9 and a machine tool 26. Accordingly, the device enables the pallet magazine 9 to be exchanged during machining further reduces by half an exchange time of the work pallet 1 by using the exchanger arm 25, and the device, decreasing a time for stopping the machine tool, enables the efficiency of operation to be improved. While the device, exchanging the work pallet 1 in a storage house by using the pallet magazine 9 and eliminating the necessity for performing the exchange in a position beside the machine tool, enables its unmanned operation to be realized. |
