PURPOSE:To provide excellent stability and durability to repeating load, by a method wherein an outer cylinder is supported, in a suspension state, to an inner cylinder through a diaphragm, and the upper and the lower surface of the diaphragm are formed in a conical annular body manner. CONSTITUTION:When a load, produced resulting from vertical vibration of an inner cylinder 20 used as a piston member, is transferred to a diaphragm 30, and the shape of the diaphragm 30 is an annular body having a conical surface which is spread axially downward from the inner cylinder 20 side toward the outer cylinder 10 side. Besides, since a recessed curved surface is formed in each of joints 32 and 34 at the peripheral edge of the conical surface, concentrated force at each of the joints 32 and 34 is relieved. Since a compression force is exerted on cylindrical side plates 12 and 22 of the outer cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder 20, respectively, adhesion at the adhesion surface of the diaphragm 30 is reinforced. |
