A method for recording and playing back radio signal fluctuation by means of a stereo cassette player. The method is distinctive in that an envelope of fluctuating radio signals from the receiver output (2) or from other device is digitised in the transmission adapter (3) and further processed until it is given a form suitable for being recorded on a magnetic tape; the first track of the tape serves for recording bit and byte synchronisation signals while the other one for recording discrete envelope samples to build a real fluctuation library (5); the samples can be played back at any time with the cassette player (6) and the reception adapter (7), transformed into an analogue form and conveyed to the reception path (9), (10) through an adjustable filter (8) at the output of which a fluctuating signal with original envelope is generated.

|
