<p>This invention relates to a class of novel 4H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing such 4H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinoline-4-one derivatives and to the use of such compounds and compositions as anorectic agents. In particular, the novel 4H-pyrimido[2,1-a]isoquinoline-4-one derivatives are effective anorectic agents when administered orally.</p> |
