PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. having both excellent impact resistance and high elasticity, by blending a linear polyalkylene terephthalate with an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber. CONSTITUTION:A polyester compsn. contains a linear polyalkylene terephthalate (A) having a hot toluene-insoluble content of 30-95wt% and having an average particle size in the compsn. of 0.2-10mu and an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber (B) in a weight ratio of A/B of 100/1-100/50. The ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber has an alpha-olefin content of 50-85mol%, pref. 60-75mol%. The copolymer rubber is a copolymer of ethylene with at least one alpha-olefin selected from among 3-10C alpha-olefins such as propylene, 1-octene, etc. The copolymer rubber may contain a polyene component. |
