PURPOSE:To move the image position of an original and to take a copy by starting an exposure scan on the original before other copying processes when moving the image of the original forward in the conveyance direction of transfer paper and after other processes when moving the image backward. CONSTITUTION:A copy process control part 1 counts a clock from a photosensitive body synchronizing clock generator 10 to control copy processes. An image movement instructing device which inputs the quantity of movement when the image position of the original is moved is connected to the control part 1. When the image of the original 12 is copied on the transfer paper 14 without moving the position, the control part 1 performs normal control to equalize the process timing of electric charging, etc., to the exposure timing of a device 2. When the image 13 of the original 12 is moved forward in the conveyance direction of the transfer paper 14 and copied, the timing of the start of processes of electrostatic charging, etc., is delayed behind the exposure start of the device 2. When the image is moved backward and copied, on the other hand, the exposure start is delayed. Thus, the image is copied while its position is moved. |
