<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously remove water, oil and dust in compressed air by spouting the compressed air into a cooling liq. in a tank provided with a cooling means and furnished with an ultrasonic transmitter on its inner wall. CONSTITUTION:A cooling pipe 2 is arranged in a tank 1, an ultrasonic transmitter 12 is provided on the inner wall of the tank 1 and a liq. 8 such as an antifreezing soln. is charged in the tank 1. Compressed air from an inlet 5 is spouted as the air bubbles from an ejection pipe 10 into the liq. 8 and diffused by an air foam diffuser 11. The wafer is condensed by the direct heat exchange between the liq. cooled by the cooling pipe 2 and the air bubbles. The air bubbles are pulverized by the action of the ultrasonic transmitter 12, hence the deposition of the bubbles on the wall of the cooling pipe 2 is prevented, the heat exchange is improved and the load of a refrigerator 3 is reduced. When the air bubbles are removed from water, foreign matter such as oil, dust, etc., are separated, floated to the liq. surface 8a and discharged from a collector 13. The air bubbles are passed through drain separators 15 and 16 provided in a space 9 and discharged as dry air from an outlet 7.</p> |
