摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating film which has excellent lubricating perfor mance and is highly reliable for a long period of time by having a lubricating film which has a Langmuir-Blodgett film in the condensed film state formed of a lubricating agent and is fixed by chemical bond to an inorg. compd. film. CONSTITUTION:Lubricating agent molecules 2 are vertically oriented at a high density on the inorg. compd. film 1 and are fixed by the chemical bond to the inorg. compd. film 1. The lubricating agent is a polymer such as perfluoropolyether or silicone oil of oily polydimethyl siloxane having a repeating unit and has a reactive polar group such as carboxyl group at least at one of the terminals thereof. The Langmuir-Blodgett film in which the straight chain fatty acid of 15-22C is in the condensed film state is in the condensed film state. The LB film formed of such lubricating agent can be fixed onto the inorg. compd. film directly by the chemical bond or via a medium compd. film such as silane coupling agent.
