PURPOSE:To make inconspicuous the gap of between colored parts and the defect of the dyed parts by forming a dyable resin layer on a substrate, and then forming a red and a green colored parts with repeating a pattern dyeing treatment and a protection treatment against dyeing, followed by removing all remained photoresist and then dipping it into a dyeing bath to dye the resin layer to the green color. CONSTITUTION:The dyable resin layer 2 is formed on the substrate 1, and the photoresist 3 is coated on said layer 2 followed by pattern-exposing it using the photomask 4. After developing the photoresist, the part removed the photoresist is dyed to the red color to form the red colored part R and then the protection treatment against dyeing is effected to the dyed part R. And then, the substrate is exposed using an another photomask 5 and developed. The part removed the photoresist is dyed to the green color to form the green colored part G followed by effecting the protection treatment against dyeing. The remained resist 3 is removed from the substrate and then the substrate is dipped to the green color dyeing bath wholly, thereby dyeing an undyed part to the green color to form the green colored part B. The gap 6 of between the red colored dyed part R and the green colored dyed part G and an undyed part generated due to the defect 7 in each dyed parts is dyed to the green color. |
