发明名称 ADHESION METHOD FOR POLYOLEFIN-RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE BASED ON HIGH-FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to weld extremely in a short period of time and to enable welding of the titled article with a dielectric substance such as paper or lumber, by a method wherein a high-frequency welding material composed of indispensable ingredients polyolefin resin and carbon powder molded in a form corresponding to the shape of an adhesion part is placed between materials to be welded, to which high frequency is applied to melt the high-frequency welding material through heating selectively then to weld the material to be welded. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin resin as an indispensable ingredient of a high-frequency welding material is mainly composed of a polymer and copolymer of mono-olefin such as ethylene, propylene and butane. Carbon powder as an indispensable ingredient of the high-frequency welding material is powder of amorphous carbon such as coke or gas carbon or smokeless coal or carbon black or natural graphite such as scaly graphite or earthy graphite or artificial graphite such as coke series or carbon black series or pyrolytic graphite series or kisk graphite; carbon black is used desirably. Although loading between the polyolefin resin and carbon powder within the high-frequency welding material is not especially limited, it is desirable that the loading of the carbon powder falls within a scope of 3-20wt% to obtain strong adhesion in a short period of time.
