<p>PURPOSE:To improve a life-time of a cord, by controlling an internal angle of outer sheath and inner sheath for wire filament in specific range respectively and making the internal angle of the inner sheaths larger than that of the outer sheaths. CONSTITUTION:The section of the cord is constituted of three inner sheaths 2, six outer sheaths 3 and a spiral 4 with respect to a central basic fabricated core 1 consisting of three wire filaments of equal diameter. The diameters of outer sheaths are slightly smaller than ones of the inner sheaths 2, and the internal angle alpha of the outer sheaths and the internal angle beta of the inner sheaths are regulated to 124-180 deg. and 180 deg., respectively. Furthermore, an appor tionment of the wire diameters is set meeting a relation alpha<beta. In this way, a fretting wear of the outer sheaths 3 with the wire filaments is reduced to extend an endurance life.</p> |
