A device for the apportioned delivery of finely distributed, hygroscopic products and fluid substances comprises a supply container which can be filled with the filling product via a first closable aperture and from which the filling product can be discharged via at least one second aperture which faces downwards during the dispensing operation. Arranged in the path of the filling product to the discharge aperture is a movable valve body which, due to the force of gravity acting on it during the dispensing operation, releases the path of the filling product to the discharge aperture and, when the discharge aperture has been returned to an essentially upwardly facing position, closes a through-opening, formed in the upper part of the supply container, for the filling product.
