PURPOSE:To attain effective services with no waste of waiting time by transmitting an original service request to service offerers and at the same time attaining the transmission of new service information. CONSTITUTION:When a customer operates an order key 3a, this operating time point is counted. Then the order of the customer is urged in an interactive style via a display part 5. The customer pushes the desired menu keys for selection of dishes and these selecting time points are counted. Then the customer pushes a confirmation key 3b after confirming the menus displayed on the part 5. Thus a key-operable state is set again. This information transmitting device is connected to a CAPTAIN system if it is decided that a selection key for CAPTAIN system is operated. Thus the customer picks up a telephone receiver 2a and selects a desired mode after confirming the dial tones to obtain necessary information. Then the customer resets the receiver 2a and cuts the CAPTAIN system. |
