<p>PURPOSE:To improve the profile accuracy and the strength, in the fiber reinforced plastic rim for vehicle having a projection for fixing a plate in the center of innercircumferential face, by laminating three pseudo-isotropic layers composed of plural resin immersed layers and forming drop center, bead seat section and flange section. CONSTITUTION:Three layers of epoxy resin immersed carbon fibers and laminated while shifting the direction of fiber by about 30 deg. onto each of a pair of inner dies 8 to set a pseudo-isotropic surface layer 6. Then six sheets of fibers are pseudo-isotropically laminated with fiber direction of about 30 deg. to form an intermediate layer 5 which is laminated onto the surface layer 6. Thereafter, the inner dies 8 are integrated through a bolt and a nut to align with the central axis and the rotary shaft 10 is inserted into said dies 8 to rotate said shaft 10 thus to form a filament winding layer 7 where the epoxy resin immersed reinforcing fibers are making angle of + or -10 deg., + or -60 deg. against the rotary shaft 10. With such arrangement, the profile accuracy and the strength can be improved.</p> |
