PURPOSE:To collect perlite without discharging gas in a keeping cool layer to the atmosphere by connecting a manhole of a storing tank and a collecting tank by a pipeline, and connecting the outlet side of a filling material filter of the collecting tank and the top of a keeping cool layer of the storing tank through a suction fan, by a pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A manhole 3 of a double shell low temperature storing tank 1 and a collecting tank 5 are connected to each other by a pipeline 7, and further the outlet side of a perlite filter 5a of the collecting tank 5 and the top of a keeping cool layer 2 of the storing tank 1 are connected through a suction fan 6 by a pipeline 8 to form a closed loop. When the suction fan 6 is oscillated, perlite 4 in the keeping cool layer 2 is sucked from a suction nozzle 7a to be stored in the collecting tank 5, and the air is returned to the keeping cool layer 2 through the perlite filter 5a and the pipeline 8. |
