PURPOSE:To improve performance, weight efficiency, volume efficiency and productivity by filling a metal plated polymer thin film with an active substance and integrating it with a non metal plated polymer thin film. CONSTITUTION:A polymer thin film is coated by a metal through electroless plating and then it is coated by a metal layer through electroplating. The metal plated polymer thin film is filled with pasted active substance adjusted separately. After it is partially dried up, it is adjusted to the specified thickness by the press to form the electrode plate 1 and the solvent is perfectly eliminated by the dryer. Next, the non metal plated polymer thin film 2 (separator) is stacked on the electrode plate 1 and it is partially integrated thereto with thermal welding or an adhesive. Thus, weight efficiency, volume efficiency and productivity may be improved and moreover generation of internal short circuiting due to deviation of separator 2 may also be eliminated. |
