PURPOSE:To adjust smoothly focus or position by shifting automatically a microscope main body to the vicinity of the central point position of a fine adjusting device when the position to be tested is widely shifted. CONSTITUTION:Into a rough control circuit 16 and a fine adjusting control circuit 17, the ascending rotating circuit of motors M1 and M2 to ascend a rough adjusting device 3 and a microscope main body 6 and the descending rotating circuit to descend the fine adjusting device 3 and the microscope main body 6 are assembled when the microscope main body 6 is located at the lower side from the center point, namely, when contacts 13 and 14 are in a conducting condition, the rough adjusting device 3 is descended, then, a relay R2 is actuated, a relay contact r2 is turned on, and therefore, the rough adjusting device 3 continues to descend until the lower limit is reached. Simultaneously, a timer TM is actuated, and after the constant time, a timer contact tm is turned on. Then, a relay R3 is actuated, a relay connecting point r3 is turned on, a motor M2 starts to rotate, the microscope main body 6 reaches the center point of the fine adjusting device 5, continues to ascend until the contact 13 is opened and when the microscope main body 6 comes to be the center point, the motor M2 stops the rotation. |
