PURPOSE:To facilitate lining at bent sections of a pipe, by using a forward leading body having a rotatable tip member in a method wherein the inner surface of a tube is lined while a fluid pressure is applied to a turned tube. CONSTITUTION:A forward leading body 5 includes a tip member 9 in the shape of a coil having an annular body 11 attached to the tip section and an elongate body 6 having a spring 8 therein, the tip member 9 and the elongate body 6 being connected through a connector 10 rotatably. The terminal of a turned tube 2 is fixed to a turning start end of a pipeline 3, a fluid pressure is applied to the tube 3 to drive it with turning it, at the same time the forward leading body 5 is inserted into the tube, and at bent sections of the pipeline 3 the forward leading body 5 is rotated as indicated at an arrow to lead the tube 3 to carry out the lining. It is not required to pull the tube from the other end, and if the pipeline has many bent sections the lining can be readily effected only from one end. |
