PURPOSE:To perform an automated laser beaming simply and inexpensively by obtaining two dimensional information from the input of one dimensional picture image inputting device and the movement of the body to be worked intersecting at right angles with the observing direction at minute equal intervals and by performing the positioning of the body to be worked. CONSTITUTION:The body 6'' to be worked inside a feeding magazine 11 is transferred to a pattern recognizing position 10 by the motion of the positioning transfer shaft 1 under control of a transfer shaft control unit 2 by lifting it with a hand 3. The information in the X direction of the body 6 to be worked detected by the one dimensional picture inputting device 7 fitted to a stationary base 9 is then fed to a recognition processor 8 on each movement of the body 6 to be worked at minute equal intervals in the Y direction. Then after correcting the angle of the body 6 to be worked by operating a motor 4 via a motor controller 5 it is transferred onto the suction device 13 of XY table 12 by the positioning transfer shaft 1. The positioning of the body 6' to be worked is performed by correcting the X-Y table 12 by a numerical control device 15 based on the correction value of the two dimension obtd. by the recognition processor 8 as well. The work is thereafter performed by moving to a laser beam machining point 14. |
